Our 3rd single "Further From Summer" from our album "25 Years Afloar in the Deep Blue Sea", received some good reviews. "Perfectly encapsulating late autumn in verse, Further From Summer will take you through the changing seasons under bridges and choruses to the comfort and warmth of a log fire - before moving broadside for a full-on sax solo bombardment, played through a key change on what can only be described as music’s equivalent to the Beaufort Scale." Mick Wall, Rock Biographer. (Again, the band will gift away all proceeds to Macmillan) Stu Laing, occasional bass player and the band’s oldest sea dog (!) said “I’d gone to bed knowing that it needed a key change, and was completely blown off course when I awoke with all guns blazing the next morning.” Again, we hope that you like it. Still majestically afloat on the “Deep Bue Sea”, and with the eagerly awaited second CD album on the horizon, the project whose voyage began as a healing process continues to swell and break in to one of this year’s musical charity success stories, with thus far almost £5000 raised for a very worthwhile cause. With crystal clear production, its blue sky (and sea) inspired lyrical content, its swashbuckling virtuoso musicianship and musical arrangements, even those otherwise lost-at-sea new music reviewers can see from the crow’s nest that this project leaves many other more experienced artists in its wake.

and we're now working on our next album which is even better !!

Our 4th and final single, from the Album "Turn Out Right" is being prepared for release early in 2014.

We have worked tirelessly to make the CD album as good as it possibly can be, and hope that all of our hard work will result in substantial funds being raised for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Many thanks to the 15 musicians who have contributed their time and talent, and to all who helped with constructive advice.

"We're having a great time combining our passion for good music with our passion for helping others"
